INVENTÁRIO - CERTIDÃO NEGATIVA DE DÉBITO DO INSS - AUSÊNCIA DE PREVISÃO LEGAL DA EXIGÊNCIA. Não existe lei exigindo que o inventariante apresente certidão negativa do INSS para permitir a cessão de bens ou a abertura de inventário. E ninguém é obrigado a fazer ou deixar de fazer alguma coisa senão em virtude de lei.
