PRESTAÇÃO DE CONTAS – TRIBUNAL DE JUSTIÇA – MINISTÉRIO PÚBLICO – DEFENSORIA PÚBLICA. As contas são prestadas ao Órgão de controle, o Tribunal de Contas, conflitando com o disposto no artigo 71, inciso II, da Constituição Federal atribuição à Assembleia Legislativa.
